Optimise
We commonly hear stories of under performing WiFi. Optimisation is an important part of maintaining a network and critical in environments where things change - do you have an environment where nothing changes?
Optimisation often occurs at the installation point before the system has been settled in to the environment (before users get connected). While a tuning process is critical up front it's also important to revisit some of these key principals at a frequency throughout the systems life. This is also a perfect time to get feedback on user experience to date and work through some of the usability issues that may arise.
